Description

The CX-12 T transmitter module is suitable for the transmission of 4 digital and one analogue value. As long as at least one digital input is active, the module transmits data packets to the wireless receiver. Deactivation of a digital input causes an off signal to be transmitted to the receiver, which then switches off the corresponding output. The modular, compact design with pins in a 2.54 mm grid allows flexible use in a wide range of applications.

The particular highlight of the SH-12 wireless series is the feedback from the receiver. You can see from the transmitter whether the wireless communication was successful and receive information about the quality of the transmission path. In this way, the wireless module can also respond accordingly. If the wireless communication is successful, the transmission is repeated 3x/s. If no wireless connection can be established, the frequency of the data packages being transmitted is increased significantly for max. 3 s to increase the likelihood of successful wireless communication. This feedback can also be switched off for special applications.

Outputs, e.g. to activate LEDs and a piezo disc, provide information about the function and transmission behaviour and indicate the status of the power supply to the transmitter and wireless module. Another output provides information about the quality of the transmission path. The RSSI value for the last transmission is given in analogue form for this.

With the aid of an analogue input, an analogue value between GND and VCC can be sent to the transmitter. The analogue value can then be evaluated at the analogue output of the CX-12 R, for example. If the power levels of the outputs are to be maintained despite stand-by mode, SC mode can be activated. For applications that require particularly low power consumption, the VCC Hold output can be used to interrupt the power supply with appropriate circuitry.

The radio modules in the SH-12 wireless series have extremely low interference because of their special transmission properties. With wireless transmission that is immune to interference and offers extremely short response times, ranges over 1000 m can be achieved. For strong, narrow-band interference or use of several parallel wireless systems, the working frequency can be set to meet individual needs. The modules are given a serial number in the factory. This provides greater security and turns every module into a unique device that can be distinguished easily.

We will be happy to advise you on the selection of appropriate receivers or modules.
