The SG-12 signaler is used to signal events. Various options are available for this purpose. A local alarm can be triggered with a beeper. Two red and two green lights are available for visual signalling. To connect external devices, such as sirens, lights or telephone dialling devices, the SG-12 also has 2 potential-free changeover contacts.
Up to three assignments can be set for each individual light and each individual output. An assignment defines not only the type of triggering event, but also the source. It can be set whether to react to an event of a alarm, a alarm group or a command.
Typically, the signaler is used as a room signal lamp. For this purpose, all alarms in a room are combined to form a alarm group and the signaler is installed outside the room. As soon as a call is triggered in the room, the red lights light up to indicate the call in the corridor.
On request, customer-specific tableaus or site plans can also be created using signalers. Signalers can be combined with each other and each individual SG-12 has 32 additional internal outputs to control various display elements. In this way, for example, large overview panels on a corridor can indicate where the event was triggered.
Our call and alarm systems are characterised by their intelligent wireless communication. With extremely short response times, the frequency channel is tied up for a minimum amount of time. The special transmission characteristics familiar from the SH-12 wireless series ensure extremely low interference during operation. Thanks to this wireless transmission that is immune to interference, ranges of over 100 m can be achieved inside buildings, depending on the circumstances. At the same time, ergonomics and design bring an appealing external appearance and technology together in harmony. For strong, narrow-band interference or use of several parallel wireless systems, the working frequency can be set to meet individual needs. The integrated uninterruptible power supply ensures reliable operation even in the event of a power failure. The signaler is programmed with a serial number in the factory. This provides greater security and turns every call system into a unique network that can be distinguished easily.
Attention: In combination with the Minicall-12 system, the assignment of the signaler cannot be adapted individually. Here the red lights always show the calls of the corresponding alarm line.
The SG-12 signaler is supplied in an attractively shaped housing and comes with a power supply unit and 9V block battery.
