Revocation Instructions

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods. The third party you designate may not be the carrier. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract by mail, fax, or email to

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose. Alternatively, you may also use our online form to withdraw from the contract, which you can access via the “Withdraw from Contract” button in the footer.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. As soon as we receive the notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation of receipt.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality. without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Criteria for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer’s individual selection or specification is decisive for their manufacture, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

The procedures outlined in this “Returns” section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal as described in the section “Information on the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers.”

Customers are asked to notify the seller (SVS Nachrichtentechnik GmbH, Tel.: 07124-9286-0, Email: home@svs-funk.com) to notify the seller of the return. This allows the seller to identify the products as quickly as possible.

Customers are asked to return the goods to the seller as a prepaid package and to keep the shipping receipt. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Customers are asked to avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the buyer no longer has the original packaging, another suitable type of packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against damage during transit and to avoid any claims for damages resulting from inadequate packaging.
